According to preliminary data, construction production in February calculated on the basis of seasonally adjusted data, registered a 0.2 per cent growth compared to the previous month, the National Statistical Institute said here on Friday.

The calendar adjusted production index showed a 4.3 per cent year-on-year spike in construction production in February 2022.

The rise of production in construction on an annual basis in February 2022 resulted from the positive 7.1 per cent growth of building construction, coupled with the 0.6 per cent rise in civil engineering.
