A 41-year-old Turkish citizen has been detained and charged with failing to declare BGN 1,275,739 worth of currency as he tried to cross the Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint into Turkey, the Haskovo District Prosecution Office and the Svilengrad Regional Customs press centre said on Wednesday.
