An expert council of the ruling coalition is discussing a budget update and a government-proposed package of anti-crisis measures at the Finance Ministry on Friday. Ahead of the meeting MP Dragomir Stoynev of the Bulgarian Socialist Party said that the budget is ready for submittal and that a final discussion is set to take place. Support for the most vulnerable groups will be a fact, he added.
