Baku 2021 world champions Darina Pashova, Antonio Papazov and Tihomir Barotev won a silver medal in the trio event at the Aerobic Gymnastics Championships in Guimaraes, Portugal. The Bulgarians won 20.188 points.

Having won medals at two consecutive world champions, Pashova, Papazov and Barotev are likely to retire after the end of the year.

Hungary won the gold with 20.277 points and Vietnam placed third with 20.183 points.
