The National Council of the Continue the Change (CC) formation has mandated opening negotiations on a new government, CC said in a press release Tuesday. Talks are to be held later in the day with CC's current partners in governance: Democratic Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Socialist Party, and with independent MPs.
