Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, who is also Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, has decreed the release of Brigadier General Valentin Krastev as Chief of Staff of the Joint Special Operations Command, his appointment as Deputy Commander of the Thessaloniki-based NATO Rapid Deployable Corps (NRDC-GR), and his promotion to the rank of major general.
