The Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB) insists on convening an extraordinary meeting of the European Green Deal Consultative Council in connection with the roadmap to climate neutrality which should consider two scenarios for decarbonisation of the energy sector and steps to phase out coal by 2030 and beyond, but not later than 2038.
