National Ombudsman Diana Kovacheva has written to the Health Minister, the chair of the parliamentary health committee and the Consumer Protection Commission telling them that she has received multiple alerts from parents and NGOs that nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, is easily available and widely used for recreation by children and teenagers in Bulgaria, said the Ombudsman's Office on Monday.
