The outgoing government Wednesday failed to approve financing for a second batch of eight F-16 Block 70 fighter aircraft for the Bulgarian Air Force from the US. “The project for investment expenditures cannot be approved by the outgoing cabinet,” Defence Minister Dragomir Zakov told a news briefing.
