In an open letter to the President, the Prime Minister, MPs and the media on Tuesday, the Trade Union of Prison Employees in Bulgaria said that they are about to choose the place, the form and the date for protest action against “the outrages in the penitentiary system and the management of penitentiary facilities,” which they say is a mockery.
