Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) leader Mustafa Karadayi said on Wednesday after consultations with President Rumen Radev  that, acting on the first government-forming mandate given by right to the largest parliamentary group in Parliament, the group is entitled to nominate a prime minister, but that the MRF rather expects to hear proposed policies.
