site.btaProsecutor General: Drivers Refusing Alcohol, Drug Test Must Face Criminal Charges

Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev said that drivers who refuse a blood alcohol or drug test should be held criminally liable, instead of the current administrative liability they bear in such instances. He also suggested as a working measure de-registering the vehicle driven by a driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol for a few years.
