Parliament decided on Thursday with the passage of the second reading of the 2022 budget extension that the Council of Ministers shall submit to the Parliament the State Budget Bill for 2023, the budgets of the National Health Insurance Fund and the Public Social Insurance Fund within 4 months of the expiry of the deadline of the Public Finance Act, which was October 31, 2022.
