site.btaGeneral Directorate for Combating Organised Crime Confiscates Large Quantity of Shoes Imitating Popular Brand 

Officials from the General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime confiscated 21,942 pairs of shoes which bore a logo resembling a well-known brand, the Interior Ministry said on Friday. The operation was carried out on January 4 and is the result of a risk analysis carried out by the Interdepartmental Coordination Centre for combating smuggling and control of risky goods in the Directorate.
