The Constitutional Court admitted for consideration Ombudsman Diana Kovatcheva 's request to declare a regulation under the Roads Act as unconstitutional, the court's website said on Tuesday. The contested provision stipulates that a periodic technical inspection of a road vehicle shall not be carried out/considered to be carried out in case of unpaid dues such as vignette road tax and toll fees.
