site.btaCOVID-19 Update: 95 New Infections, Test Positivity Rate at 2.5%

A total of 3,817 tests identified 95 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. The test positivity rate is at 2.5%, show data posted on coronavirus.bg.

Two patients with confirmed COVID-19 infections have died. A total of 312 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, of whom 39 in intensive care. The new hospital admissions on Tuesday added up to 31. 

A total of 168 people have recovered from the disease, bringing the total number of recoveries since the pandemic started to 1,253,718.

The confirmed active cases as of Tuesday stand at 3,195.

A total of 111 vaccine doses were administered during the day, bringing the total COVID-19 vaccine doses, administered since the pandemic's start, to 4,606,364.

The death toll adds up to 38,169 of the 1,295,082 confirmed COVID-19 cases since the pandemic started.
