site.btaGreek, Bulgarian, Romanian Deputy Foreign Ministers to Discuss International, Regional Issues in Athens

Deputy foreign ministers of Greece, Bulgaria and Romania will hold a trilateral meeting in Athens on May 12 on the initiative of Greece's Alternate Foreign Minister responsible for European issues Miltiadis Varvitsiotis, the ANA-MPA News Agency reported on Wednesday.

Taking part will be Deputy Foreign Ministers Vasil Georgiev of Bulgaria and Daniela Grigore-Gitman of Romania, the agency said, citing a Greek Foreign Ministry announcement.

The conflict in Ukraine, the energy crisis, the Western Balkans and their European perspective, the migration issue, the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and the relations with Turkey will be on the agenda of the meeting, which will be followed by joint statements to the press, ANA-MPA said.
