Late Monday night, presidents Emmanuel Macron of France and Rumen Radev of Bulgaria held the latest in a series of telephone conversations during which they exchanged positions regarding the European perspective of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Bulgarian head of State's Press Secretariat said on Tuesday.
