site.btaSerbian President Vucic Talks with Russian Ambassador to Belgrade

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic conferred with Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko on Monday, the TANJUG News Agency reported. Vucic thanked Russia for its support for Serbia's territorial integrity and sovereignty and voiced hope that the much-needed peace in Europe would be established as soon as possible.

The two also discussed the situation in Kosovo. Vucic emphasized that Serbia pursues a responsible policy of peace and cooperation, remains committed to fully implement the agreements reached so far, and acts with respect for international law, the press office of the Serbian President said.

Vucic and Botsan-Kharchenko also discussed the bilateral cooperation between Serbia and the Russian Federation.
