site.btaInterpretations of Folklore Are Central to Works in Sofia Exhibition of Three North Macedonia Artists

Interpretation of folklore themes and ethnological elements are central to the works of three artists from the Republic of North Macedonia, which are on display in Sofia from Tuesday. Astrit Rexhepi, Berat Beqiri and Ylber Dauti have titled their exhibition Art as a Transformed Reality.

The graphic works of the three artists are arranged in the Culture and Information Centre of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Berat Beqiri was born in 1992. He graduated in graphic art from the University of Tetovo. His works have been presented in solo and group exhibitions in Istanbul, Tirana, Pristina, Struga, Skopje and Kumanovo.

Astrit Rexhepi was born in 1991 in Tetovo. He graduated in graphic art from the University of Tetovo and has had solo exhibitions in Tetovo and Istanbul, and has participated in group exhibitions across North Macedonia and Albania.

Ylber Dauti was born in 1989 in Tetovo. He graduated in graphic art from the University of Tetovo and has exhibited his works in Istanbul, Tirana, Pristina, Struga, Skopje and Kumanovo.
