President Rumen Radev arrived in Tirana on Monday, where he will take part in a EU-Western Balkans Summit the next day.
Within the framework of his visit on Monday Radev will meet with representatives of the Bulgarian minority in Albania and officials from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Radev's Press Secretariat said.
