site.btaBulgarian Orthodox Church Foundation in Istanbul Elects Board of Trustees

On Sunday, December 11, at the Exarchate House in the Sisli district of Istanbul, a general assembly was held to elect the new members of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church in the metropolis and the city of Adrianople. 

The chairman of the Bulgarian community in Istanbul told BTA that 220 people participated in the voting of the new board of trustees, which consists of seven members.

A total of 18 people applied. The new Board of Trustees was elected for a term of 5 years.
