Outgoing Bulgarian Ambassador in Podgorica, Meglena Plugchieva, received Montenegro's Medal of Service, the Bulgarian Embassy Thursday. It was presented to her by President Milo Djukanovic on Wednesday, who afterwards hosted an official lunch in the Ambassador's honour ahead of her final departure.
