The first Bulgarian platform for customer service in various communication channels, called Omnilinx, has been launched. The platform, developed by Price International, will allow businesses to combine their phone calls, web chat, Facebook Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp and email into one platform, the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry said on Wednesday. The company is a member of the chamber.
The web-based platform will store conversations with each customer in a single profile, regardless of the channel in which they took place. In this way, employees will have better visibility on the history of each individual customer of the company. This will help them build and maintain excellent relationships with their users.
The platform also aims to optimize customer service time, as there will be no need to switch between different software and accounts located in different communication channels.
The Omnilinx platform is suitable for online stores, banking and insurance institutions, medical centres and hospitals, hotels, travel agencies, restaurants, couriers, support teams and all companies that have intensive communication with end customers.
