site.btaPM Donev: Bulgaria Not Involved in Preparation of Crimea Bridge Blast

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev said that Bulgaria is not involved in the preparation of the blast of the Crimea Bridge on October 8, nor has there been an official Russian accusation about this. Donev commented the issue before going into a national meeting of the Interior Ministry leadership. 

In the words of the Prime Minister, the question of the alleged Bulgarian link regarding the truck is only present in media publications. Donev asked the media to comment the topic responsibly as it creates risks to national security.

Donev said he has ordered a check by the State Agency for National Security into the route of the truck and whether it started from Bulgaria as alleged.
